Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence employer branding, company reputation and compensation have on interest in applying for jobs at Tokopedia. The independent variables used in this study are employer branding, company reputation and compensation. Then the dependent variable used in this study is the interest in applying for a job. The data used in this research is primary data that is obtained from questionnaires and secondary data that is obtained from books. The sample in this study were 190 respondents. The sampling method used in this research is using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that employer branding has a positive and significant effect on interest in applying for jobs. Company reputation has a positive and significant effect on interest in applying for jobs. Meanwhile, compensation has a positive and significant effect on interest in applying for jobs. Keywords: Employer Branding, Company Reputation, Compensation, Interest in Applying for Jobs Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh employer branding, company reputation dan kompensasi terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan di Tokopedia. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah employer branding, company reputation dan kompensasi. Kemudian variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah minat melamar pekerjaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu didapatkan dari kuesioner dan data sekunder yaitu didapatkan dari buku-buku. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 190 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employer branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan. Company reputation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan. Sedangkan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan.
