Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction,communication, and compensation of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Area Tangerang employees performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, themethod used is by distributing questionnaires to employees that is using a likert scale,respondents are used as many 109 employees, using SPSS 25 sofware programs, data analysis is done using validity, reliability and multiple linnier regression corelation, sampling technique obtained from a sample of 109 respondents, data analysis techniquesusing multiple linnier regression, the results showed that ; (1) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employees performance; (2) Communication has a significant effect on employees performance; (3) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Job satisfaction, Communication, Compensation, and Employees Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komunikasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pegadaian (Persero) Area Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada karyawan yaitu menggunakan skala likert, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 109 karyawan, menggunakan program software SPSS 25, analisa data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Teknik sampling yang diperoleh dari sampel sebanyak 109 responden, Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitia menunjukan bahwa; (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Komunikai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
