Abstract
The purpose of this research is to understand and explain the influence of transformational leadership and work environment on performance mediated through work motivation. The number of respondents involved in this study were 100 respondents. All respondents are employees at YPK Mandiri Hospital. This research is a research with a quantitative approach that uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using the partial Least Square analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, several results were obtained as follows: transformational leadership has an effect on work motivation; the work environment has an effect on work motivation; transformational leadership has an effect on employee performance; the work environment does not affect employee performance; work motivation has an effect on employee performance; motivation can mediate the effect of transformational leadership on performance and motivation can mediate the effect of the work environment on performance. Keywords: Transformational leadership, Work environment, Work motivation, Performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Seluruh responden adalah karyawan di RS YPK Mandiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan instrumen berupa survei kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa hasil sebagai berikut : kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja; lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja; kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dan motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja.
