Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Life Balance, Compensation, and Work Environment on Turnover Intention at PT. Raja Goedang Mas. Either directly or indirectly with Turnover Intention as the dependent variable. This research is a type of quantitative research. Data related to predetermined variables were collected using a questionnaire, then processed using the help of smartPLS 3 software with the structural equation model (SEM) method. Therefore the results of this study state that the work life balance variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a positive effect and significant to turnover intention, and the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. King Goedang Mas. Keywords: work life balance, compensation, work environment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Work Life Balance, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention di PT. Raja Goedang Mas. Baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan Turnover Intention sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data terkait dengan variabel yang telah ditetapkan dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudia diolah menggunakan bantuan software smartPLS 3 dengan metode structural equation model (SEM).Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel work life balance berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
