Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Flypowerindo. The population of this study were all registered office employees and actively working at PT. Flypowerindo, as many as 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents, data collection used a questionnaire as a research instrument, data analysis was quantitative or used statistics with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. This research was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using the F test and t test with the help of SPSS 26 software for Windows. The results showed that partially the leadership variable had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, leadership variables, work discipline variables and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Flypowerindo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor yang terdaftar dan aktif bekerja pada PT. Flypowerindo, sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik mengambil sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 responden, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif atau menggunakan statistic dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t dengan bantuan software SPSS 26 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan, variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
