Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Funding Decisions, Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Dividend Policies on firm value. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies in the sub-sector of goods and consumption listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data obtained from the website of PT. Indonesia Stock Exchange (https://idx.co.id/). The number of samples in this study was 60 companies with a sampling technique using purposive sampling method and the analysis method used in this study was panel data regression with data processing tools Eviews 10. From the results of the study, the adjusted R-square value was 0.602124 or 60.21%. The results of this study indicate: funding decisions and investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy has a negative effect on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan, Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dan Kebijakan Deviden Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia (https://idx.co.id/). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 peusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan alat pengolahan data Eviews 10. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai adjusted R-square sebesar 0.602124 atau 60.21%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Keputusan Pendanaan dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Kebijakan Deviden berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Keputusan Pendanaan, Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Kebijakan Deviden dan Nilai Perusahaan.
