Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, teamwork, organizational culture and empathy on employee performance in Satuan Kerja Penyelamatan Kredit (SKPK). Population in this research is 35 people. The sample used is 35 respondents. The sampling method uses tital sampling. The instruments is questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Teamwork has a positive an significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive an significant effect on job satisfaction. Empathy has a positive an significant effect on job satisfaction. Keyword : Emotional intelligence, teamwork, organizational culture and empathy on employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasaan emosional, teamwork, budaya organisasi dan empati terhadap kinerja karyawan di Satuan Kerja Penyelamatan Kartu Kredit (SKPK). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 35 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kecerdasaan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teamwork berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Empati berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasaan emosional, teamwork, budaya organisasi dan empati terhadap kinerja karyawan
