Abstract
The current work trend has begun to change, based on research from Microsoft in 2016 stating that mobile working began to become a working model in Indonesia, especially in big cities. Mobile working requires several devices such as laptops, cellphones and other supporting accesories such as chargers to ensure the devices can always be used wherever and whenever. Because of this, some companies began to allow employees to use their own devices or also known as BYOD or bring your own device. The author designed a backpack that can store all work devices neatly while making it easier for users if they want to use them. Target of the users are millennial office workers in urban areas who often work on a mobile and also carry out official duties out of town for several days. Data obtained from observations both online and offline are then used as a reference in the design of this backpacks Keywords: Mobile Working, Backpack, Gadgets, Organizer, Millennial Tren bekerja sekarang ini sudah mulai mengalami perubahan, berdasarkan riset dari Microsoft pada tahun 2016 menyebutkan bahwa mobile working mulai menjadi model kerja di Indonsia, tertutama di kota – kota besar. Pada prakteknya bekerja secara mobile membutuhkan beberapa perangkat atau device seperti laptop, handphone dan tentu saja perangkat pendukung lainnya seperti charger agar dvice bisa selalu dapat digunakan dimanapun dan kapan pun. Karena hal ini juga beberapa perusahaan mulai membolehkan karyawan menggunakan device merek sendiri atau juga dikenal dengan istilah BYOD atau bring your own device. Pada perancangan ini penulis mendesain tas ransel yang bisa menyimpan semua perangkat kerja secara rapi sekaligus memudahkan pengguna jika ingin memakainya dengan target pengguna adalah pekerja kantor di perkotaan, khususnya millenial yang sering bekerja secata mobile dan juga melakukan tugas dinas keluar kota selama beberapa hari. Data diperoleh dari pengamatan baik online maupun offline yang kemudian digunakan sebagai acuan dalam desain tas ransel Kata Kunci :Mobile Working, Tas Ransel, Gadget,Organizer, Millenial
