Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi intrapersonal komika di komunitas Stand Up Indo Bekasi dalam mengangkat materi Stand Up Comedy. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan tentang bagaimana proses komunikasi intrapersonal komika dalam mengembangkan pengalaman dan kejadian darisekeliling untuk membuat materi Stand Up Comedy dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi intrapersonal yang meliputi sensasi, persepsi, memori dan proses berpikir. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Paradigma yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah paradigma post positivistic. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik, yang subjeknya adalah tiga komika dari komunitas Stand Up Indo Bekasi yang sudah pernah masuk ke acara TV Nasional untuk melakukan Stand Up Comedy. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah proses komunikasi intrapersonal komika dalam mengembangkan pengalaman dan kejadian dari sekeliling untuk pembuatan materi Stand Up Comedy dengan menggunakan komunikasi intrapersonal di atas menunjukkan kesamaan melalui empat tahap yaitu sensasi, persepsi, memori dan berpikir. Dalam fungsi berpikir, peneliti menemukan informan cenderung menggunakan fungsi berpikir untuk pengambilan keputusan. Kata Kunci : Stand Up Comedy, komunikasi intrapersonal, komunikasi interpersonal, komika, komunitas The purpose of this study was to find out the comic intrapersonal communication process in the Stand Up Indo Bekasi community in presenting materialStand Up Comedy. This research explains how the process of intrapersonal communication of comics develops experiences and events from around them to create Stand Up Comedy material using intrapersonal communication theory which includes sensation, perception, memory and thought processes. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The paradigm used in this research is the post positivist paradigm. This research method uses source triangulation and technical triangulation techniques, the subjects of which are three comics from the Stand Up Indo Bekasi community who have been on National TV shows to do Stand Up Comedy. The conclusion of this study is that the process of intrapersonal communication of comics in developing experiences and events from around them for the production of Stand Up Comedy material using the intrapersonal communication above shows similarities through four stages, namely sensation, perception, memory and thinking. In the thinking function, researchers found that informants tend to use the thinking function for decision making.
