Abstract

Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah is a city hotel located in an elite area. This design aims to process the interior of a city hotel that can represent the luxury of the surrounding environment and adjust the design with health protocols to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Based on this goal, the luxury design theme was chosen to give a luxurious and comfortable impression to the interior of the building. The purpose of applying the concept of luxury design is not only to promote luxury, but luxury design can give a feeling of “alive”, “maintained”, and “comfortable”. Luxurious, but still functional, does not interfere with the activities in the room, and does not change the existing image. Then, the luxury concept developed following the current pandemic situation, adding a "clean" element to the concept. The meaning of "clean" used in this concept is to use soft or neutral colors that can give a clean impression. The methods and stages carried out began with direct observation to the location, collecting some data or sources obtained from the literature, analyzing to determining the design concept. Through this design, it can be seen that the application of the luxury clean theme at Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah presents a feeling of "alive", "maintained", and "comfortable", from the materials used such as soft paint colors can give a clean impression, the use of wood motif materials also gives comfort for visitors in the room. To add to the impression of luxury, gold colored panels are used to support the luxury theme which is based on the colors of the Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah logo. This theme also represents the surrounding environment which is the upper middle class and is added to the design according to the required health protocol. Keywords: City Hotel, Luxury, and Health Protocol. Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah adalah city hotel yang berlokasi di kawasan elite. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mengolah interior city hotel yang dapat merepresentasikan kemewahan lingkungan sekitar dan penyesuaikan rancangan dengan protokol kesehatan terhadap situasi pandemi Covid-19. Atas dasar tujuan tersebut, maka tema luxury design dipilih untuk memberikan kesan yang mewah dan nyaman pada bagian interior bangunannya. Tujuan penerapan konsep luxury design tidak hanya mengedepankan kemewahan, namun luxury design dapat memberikan perasaan “hidup”, “terpelihara”, dan “nyaman”. Mewah, namun tetap fungsional, tidak mengganggu aktivitas di dalam ruangan tersebut, dan tidak mengubah citra yang sudah ada. Kemudian, konsep luxury tersebut berkembang mengikuti keadaan pandemi pada saat ini ditambahkan unsur “clean” pada konsep tersebut. Maksud “clean” yang digunakan pada konsep ini yaitu menggunakan warna yang soft atau netral yang dapat memberi kesan bersih. Metode dan tahapan yang dilakukan diawali dengan observasi langsung ke lokasi, mengumpulkan beberapa data atau sumber yang didapatkan dari literatur, analisa sampai dengan menentukan konsep desain. Melalui perancangan ini, dapat diketahui bahwa pengaplikasian tema luxury clean pada Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah menghadirkan perasaan “hidup”, “terpelihara”, dan “nyaman”, dari material yang digunakan seperti warna cat yang soft dapat memberikan kesan bersih, penggunaan material motif kayu juga memberi rasa nyaman kepada pengunjung yang berada di ruangan tersebut. Untuk menambah kesan luxury, digunakan panel berwarna gold untuk penunjang tema luxury yang didasari dari warna dari logo Hotel GranDhika Iskandarsyah. Tema ini juga merepresentasikan lingkungan sekitarnya yang merupakan menengah ke atas dan ditambah dengan rancangan sesuai protokol kesehatan yang dibutuhkan.
