Abstract
In this modern era, there are many needs and interests of each individual in carrying out their daily lives, of all kinds of activities that humans do every day, there is also a system of activities that are very much in demand by various types of people, namely trading. Every trader has the goals and needs they need. , in building and developing their businesses, the growing number of successful traders in their world, it can be said that the trade center, the trade center can also have a big impact on other circles so as to attract migrants from outside the region to visit and just survey or trade, on their way. they from one city to another need a place to stay or a resting place that can accommodate visitors to just rest or settle down in the near future. To provide accommodation for visitors to rest, quality and facilities are needed that are good enough to support their needs. comfort and safety of visitors, this place can be called a hotel. There are various types of hotels in a city, but hotels that are in the center of trade are called Business Hotels or City Hotels, There are 4 Star Business Hotels in West Jakarta City with the name Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi, Hotel Santika Premiere is a quality hotel. 4 star, but to maintain or add value to the comfort and safety for users. From various kinds of interior aesthetic elements that are able to give an impression of Indonesian culture, so that the impression and image of the Hotel Interior can be introduced and can also be remembered by visitors so that it gives a different taste and atmosphere, able to make visitors want to come back again. With the aim of adding to the impression and feel of a typical Indonesian interior that is good for users, this Hotel Planning Result requires a variety of standard criteria and conditions that are needed. Keywords : Modern, trade / economic center, West Jakarta, Element Aesthetics. Kota Jakarta Barat dengan nama Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi, Hotel Santika Premiere ini termasuk hotel dengan Kualitas Bintang 4, namun untuk tetap mempertahankan atau menambah nilai kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi para pengguna. Dari berbagai macam elemen estetika interior yang mampu memberikan salah satu kesan dari budaya Indonesia, Sehingga Kesan dan citra Interior Hotel dapat di perkenalkan dan juga dapat diingat para pengunjung sehingga memberikan rasa dan suasana yang berbeda, mampu membuat para pengunjung ingin kembali lagi. Dengan tujuan menambah kesan dan nuansa interior khas Indonesia yang baik bagi para pengguna, Hasil Perencanaan Hotel ini memerlukan berbagai macam kriteria dan ketentuan standart yang diperlukan. Kata Kunci : Modern, Pusat perdagangan/ekonomi, Jakarta Barat, Elemen Estetika.
