Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of role conflict, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of the employees at PT. Amara Cisadane. The population in this research is 60 employees. Determination of sample size using a saturation sample or census technique, which is taking the entire population. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the analysis tool using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that the variables of role conflict have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a significant negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Amara Cisadane. Keywords: Role Conflict, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Amara Cisadane. Populasi dalan penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus, yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel konflik peran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT.
