Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on work motivation and employee performance of PT. Kansai Coatings Initiative. The research design used by the author in this study uses causal writing. In this study the population is employees of PT. Kansai Prakarsa Coatings has 126 employees. While the sample in this study amounted to 58 employees and used the Slovin formula. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) as Covariance based SEM. The results show that work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a impact and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the variables of work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan PT. Kansai Prakarsa Coatings. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penulisan kausal. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan PT. Kansai Prakarsa Coatings sejumlah 126 karyawan. Sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 58 karyawan dan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai Covariance based SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh posisitf dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
