Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, communication, career development, on employee satisfaction of PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk Area Green Ville. The population analyzed in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk Area Green Ville. The number of samples analyzed were 100 employees. Data analysis was performed using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square), with the research instrument being a questionnair. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, communication had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Suggestions given for this research so that PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk Green Ville Area is able to increase the willingness of employees to work hard by increasing and paying attention to the needs of the workspace, such as providing comfort by paying more attention to the air temperature in the room. Keywords : Work Environment, Communication, Career Development, Employee Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk Area Green Ville. Populasi yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk Area Green Ville. Adapun jumlah sampel yang dianalisis sebanyak 100 karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square), dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Saran yang diberikan untuk penelitian ini agar PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk Area Green Ville mampu meningkatkan kemauan karyawan untuk bekerja keras dengan meningkatkan dan memperhatikan kebutuhan ruang kerja, seperti memberikan kenyamanan dengan lebih memperhatikan suhu udara dalam ruangan.
