Abstract
This study aims to analyze how the influence of work ethic, work discipline and leadership style on the performance of the employees of the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. The population of this research is production employees of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar with a total sample of 39 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the application of SPSS 25. Work ethic has no positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Work discipline has no positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Work ethic and leadership style together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Production Department of PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. The contribution of this research is to become input for PT. Adil Makmur Fajar determines policies and focuses more on maintaining and improving the work ethic and work discipline of employees and the leadership style of leaders in the Production Department. Keywords: Work Ethic, Work Discipline, Leadership Style, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh etos kerja, disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Produksi PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi PT. Adil Makmur Fajar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Etos kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Produksi PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Produksi PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Produksi PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Etos kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Departemen Produksi PT. Adil Makmur Fajar. Kontribusi penelitian ini agar menjadi masukan bagi PT. Adil Makmur Fajar menentukan kebijakan dan lebih fokus dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan terhadap etos kerja dan disiplin kerja karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan para pimpinan di Departemen Produksi.
