Abstract

Resort Hotels as a support for local tourism and are also expected to be able to become an alternative tourist place for many people, so that in the design must pay attention to various things, starting from facilities and other support. This Saung Bajuri Resort Hotel is located on the edge of Bandung city, precisely in the hilly area so that it has quite cool air, it also underlies the designer to implement a room system without using aces, but using natural remembrance. By responding to the conditions of locality and nature around it, the design of this building is so difficult, but still able to give its own character to the design building that is very integrated with the surrounding environment without damaging what already exists in nature itself. With the hope of creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere to rest for visitors with the atmosphere of familiar nature and culture. The name of this Hotel & Resort is Saung Bajuri Hotel & Resort with the hope of being able to give a positive effect so that this environment is widely known by many people, especially tourists both foreign and local tourists, the name Saung itself comes from Sundanese which means somewhere on a bank or in the middle of the rice fields where the farmer or person who travels far away either the merchant or others rests and takes a moment to take a rest for a while then he travels again with a quieter mind leaving his tiredness and feeling of being there. As one of the objectives of the Final Architecture Design is as a short escape where foreign tourists or local tourists such as those from Jakarta Kebanykan who rest and enjoy the rural atmosphere with their families or their class so they can unwind and feel tired in this place to take their hopes. so that when working time feel more comfortable and can feel the fresh and calm heart and mind. Keywords: Hotel Resort, Sunda, Saung Hotel Resort sebagai penunjang pariwisata setempat serta juga di harapkan mampu menjadi alternatif tempat wisata untuk banyak orang, sehingga dalam perancangannya harus sangat memperhatikan berbagai hal, mulai dari fasilitas dan juga penunjang lainnya. Hotel Resort saung bajuri ini terletak di tepian kota bandung tepatnya daerah perbukitan sehingga memiliki udara yang cukup sejuk, hal itu juga yang mendasari perancang untuk menerapkan sistem ruangan yang tanpa menggunakan ace, melainkan menggunakan penhhawaan alam. Dengan Merespon kondisi lokalitas serta alam di sekitarnya menjadikan perancangan ini sangaat begitu sulit namun tetap mampu memberikan karakter tersendiri pada bangunan perancangan yang sangat menyatu dengan alam sekitar tanpa merusak apa yang sudah ada di alam itu sendiri. Dengan harapan terciptanya suasan yang teduh dan nyaman untuk beristirahat bagi para pengunjung dnegan suasan amengenal alam dan juga kebudayaan. Hotel & Resort ini di berikan nama Saung Bajuri Hotel & Resort dengan harapan mampu memberikan efek positif agar lingkungan ini di kenal luas oleh banyak orang terutama wisatawan baik itu mancanegara maupun wisatawan lokal, nama saung sendiri berasal dari bahasa sunda yang berarti suatu tempat di sebuah tepian atau di tengah – tengah sawah dimana petani atau orang yang sering bepergian jauh baik itu pedagang ataupun lainnya beristirahat dan berteduh sejenak untuk kemudian dia melakukan perjalanan nya lagi dengan pikiran yang lebih tenang meninggalkan letih dan rasa capenya di tempat itu. Seperti halnya salah satu tujuan Perancangan Arsitektur Akhir ini yaitu sebagai short escape dimana para wisatwan mancanegara ataupun wisatawan lokal seperti orang dari jakarta kebanykan yang beristirahat dan menikmati suasana pedesaan bersama keluarga ataupun sodaranya agar bisa melepas letih dan rasa cape nya di tempat ini untuk berliburan dengan harapan agar saat waktu kerja merasa lebih nyaman dan bisa merasakan fresh dan ketenangan hati serta pikirannya.
