Abstract

In this design it has a purpose to design tourist buildings in West Java. In general, the purpose of the tour is as a place of recreation and leisure for that in the design of this final project designed a tourist attraction in the form of resort hotels in the capital city of Bandung. The concept used in designing this resort hotel is Green Architecture and Vernacular. Green Architecture is a concept that seeks to minimize the adverse effects on the natural and human environment and produce a better and healthier place of life. The Green concept can also describe environmental conditions that are similar to the romantic atmosphere. While the vernacular concept is also combined based on local needs, the availability of building materials, and can reflect local traditions. One of the concepts used in designing is derived from the traditional Sundanese traditional house, Imah Badak Heuay. Imah rhino has a designation that looks like a yawning rhinoceros and is still very popular in West Java today, especially in the area of Sukabumi. The unique shape of the roof and also some material from the rhino imah will be applied in the form of building masses. The mass of the building used is from the form of a roof on a triangular imah rhino and a box-shaped building will adjust the shape of a traditional Sundanese traditional house Keywords: Green Architecture, Vernacular, Hotel Resort, Pada perancangan ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang bangunan wisatawan pada daerah Jawa Barat. Secara umum tujuan dari berwisata yaitu sebagai tempat rekreasi dan liburan untuk itu pada perancangan tugas akhir ini meracnagan suatu banguanna objek wisata yang berupa hotel resort di Ibukota Bandung. Konsep yang digunakan dalam merancang hotel resort ini yaituGreen Architecture dan Vernakular. Green Architecture adalah konsep yang berusaha meminimalkan pengaruh buruk terhadap lingkungan alam maupun manusia dan menghasilkan tempat hidup yang lebih baik dan lebih sehat. Konsep Green juga dapat menggambarkan kondisi lingkungan yang mirip dengan suasana asrinya. Sedangkan konsep vernakuler juga digabungkan berdasarkan kebutuhan lokal, ketersediaan bahan bangunan, dan dapat mencerminkan tradisi lokalnya. Salah satu konsep yang digunakan dalam merancang yaitu berasal dari rumah adat tradisional sunda yaitu Imah Badak Heuay. Imah badak memiliki sebutan yang bentuknya seperti badak yang sedang menguap danmasih sangat popular digunakan di Jawa Barat hingga saat ini, terutama didaerah sukabumi. Bentuk atap yang unik dan juga beberapa material dari imah badak akan di aplikasikan kedalam bentuk massa bangunan. Massa bangunan yang digunakan yaitu dari bentuk atap pada imah badak yang berbentuk segitiga dan bangunan berbentuk kotak akan menyesuaikan bentuk pada rumah adat tradisional sunda Kata Kunci: Arsitektur Hijau, Vernakuler, Hotel Resort,
