Abstract
Bandung is one of the cities in West Java province that has many tourist destinations. With natural conditions in the form of mountains, with high plains, the city becomes one of the cities of choice for tourists to enjoy nature. Many places there are used as tourist sites with mountainous concepts, because indeed the commodity with a high potential there is natural resources. Therefore, by making hotels & resorts that adopt local (vernacular) values and concept of energy saving in the area, it will be an opportunity for managers or investors to develop their own capital into businesses that generate profits and additional income for local governments. Keywords: Hotels & Resorts, Energy-Saving Buildings Bandung merupakan salah satu kota di provinsi Jawa Barat yang mempunyai banyak destinasi wisata. Dengan kondisi alam berupa pegunungan, dengan dataran yang tinggi, kota tersebut menjadi salah satu kota pilihan para wisatawan untuk menikmati alam. Banyak tempat disana yang dijadikan sebagai lokasi wisata dengan konsep pegunungan, karena memang komoditas yang berpotensi besar disana adalah alam pegunugan. Oleh karena itu, dengan dibuatnya Hotel & Resort yang mengadopsi nilainilai lokal (vernakular) dan berkonsep hemat energi di daerah tersebut akan menjadi peluang bagi para pengelola atau investor untuk mengembangkan modal yang mereka miliki menjadi usaha yang menghasilakan keuntungan dan tambahan pendapatan bagi pemerintah daerah setempat. Kata Kunci : Hotel & Resort, Bangunan Hemat Energi
