Abstract

ABSTRAK Public Relations PT Gapurha Artha Tunggal dalam mempertahankan strategi Public Relations nya untuk dapat menjalin berbagai hubungan positif dengan public internal dan eksternal sehingga PT Gapura Artha Tunggal tetap menjalankan aktivitas nya di masa pandemic. Krisis pada perusahaan dimasa pandemi Covid 19 ini terjadi hampir pada semua perusahaan dalam berbagai bidang pelayanan, termasuk pada perusahaan jasa Outsourcing.. PT Gapurha Artha Tunggal dalam mempertahankan strategi Public Relations nya untuk dapat menjalin berbagai hubungan positif dengan public internal dan eksternal sehingga PT Gapura Artha Tunggal tetap menjalankan aktivitas nya di masa pandemic. Peneliti menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dalam paradigma penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian Dalam kegiatan PR strategi yang muncul lebih banyak dan dominan yaitu Planning dan Fact Finding . Fact finding yang dilakukan oleh PR PT.GAT juga sudah berjalan dengan baik dari hasil riset yang telah dilakukan. Untuk mempertahankan perusahaan dan memposisikan perusahaan sebagai perusahaan informatif melalui media social Instagram. Pada saat ini, dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan PT Gapura Artha Tunggal , Dalam penelitian ini menemukan jika Peran public relation menggunakan yaitu berkerja sama dengan beberapa perusahaan melalui email dan social media Instagram. Kata Kunci: Public Relations, Perusahaan , Social Media ABSTRACT Public Relations of PT Gapurha Artha Tunggal in maintaining its Public Relations strategy to establish positive relationships with the internal and external public so that PT Gapura Artha Tunggal continues to carry out its activities during the pandemic. Research results In PR activities, the strategies that appear more and more dominant are Planning and Fact Finding. The fact finding conducted by PR PT.GAT has also been going well from the results of the research that has been done. To maintain the company and position the company as an informative company through Instagram social media. At this time, in maintaining the sustainability of PT Gapura Artha Tunggal, this study found that the role of public relations was using, namely working with several companies via email and Instagram social media.
