Abstract

ABSTRAK BPHN mempunyai peran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat atas pelayanan public yang terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan infromas hukum dan layanan yang terkait dengan kemanusiaan, yakni layanan akses keadilan bagi masyarakat miskin melalui bantuan hukum. Pada bulan September ini BPHN sedang mengikuti program Survei Hasil Penilaian Reformasi Birokrasi dan Zona Integritas (SHPRB ZI) ini adalah salah satu permintaan dari TPN (Tim Penilai Nasional) KEMENPAN RB (Kementrian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi) untuk menjadi persyaratan BPHN menjadi WBBM (Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani). Dari latar belakang tersebut, pada penelitian ini terdapat Fokus Penelitian yaitu Bagaimana Peran Humas dalam mencapai WBBM dan Tujuan penelitiannya adalah Bagaimana Peran Humas dalam mencapai WBBM.Dalam Penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme penelitian ini akan berlangsung secara subjektif, yaitu sesuai dengan pertanyaan yang akan diajukan kepada partisipan untuk membantu peneliti menganalisis. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini merupakan metode penelitian yang menggunakan data kualitatif dan dideskripsikan secara deskriptif, peneliti menggunakan teori peran humas Dozier & Broom dalam Ruslan, teori peran humas pemerintah Moore dalam Suprawoto, teori tugas humas Cutlip, Center & Broom. Dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa humas memiliki peran dalam menciptakan citra baik organisasi , mengkomunikasikan segala bentuk informasi tentang organisasi baik kepada publik, klien ataupun para investor. Bisa dikatakan bahwa seorang humas adalah wajah dari organisasi itu sendiri. Ia harus memahami secara detail seluk beluk dan segala informasi yang terkait dengan organisasi. Selain itu ia juga membawa citra dari sebuah organisasi sehingga ini harus tercermin dari tampilan dan tata bahasa yang teratur. From the results of this study concluded that public relations has a role in creating a good image of the organization, communicating all forms of information about the organization to the public, clients or investors. It can be said that a publicist is the face of the organization itself. He must understand in detail the ins and outs and all information related to the organization.
