Abstract
This study aims to see the effect of heroic leadership and stress on work achievement of the Indonesian national police headquarters. Since entering the post-pandemic phase, employees have begun to adapt again to the employment recovery process due to the Covid-19 pandemic. There are behaviors that unconsciously become the new normal. This can have an impact on several aspects including work achievemen. According to Manurung (2011) there are three aspects that affect work performance (1) traits aspects (2) behavioral aspects (3) managerial aspects. This study used multiple regression techniques and sample collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of google forms. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS 25 software with heroic leadership variables as (X1) and stress variables as (X2). probability sampling was used to select a sample of respondents with the sampling technique using the purposive random sampling method. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of heroic leadership on work achievement, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of stress on work achievement, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of heroic leadership and stress on work achievement. Keywords : heroic leadership, stress, work achievement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh antara variabel kepemimpinan heroik dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Markas Besar Kepolisian Republik Indonesia. Sejak memasuki fase pasca pandemi pegawai MABES POLRI mulai beradaptasi kembali pada proses pemulihan ketenaga kerjaan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini bisa berdampak ke beberapa aspek termasuk prestasi kerja. Dalam upaya agar bisa terus berkembang dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19. Menurut Manurung (2011) terdapat tiga aspek yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja, yaitu : (1) aspek ciri (2) aspek perilaku (3) aspek manajerial. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi ganda dan teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan kuesioner berupa google form. diolah dengan memakai software SPSS 25 dengan variabel kepemimpinan heroik sebagai (X1) dan variabel stres sebegai (X2). Analisis data yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan heroik terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap stres terhadap prestasi kerja, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan heroik dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja.
