Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and organizational commitment on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic for employees of PT Truware Asa Link. A total of 17 employees were selected by means of a saturated sample to become research respondents. The measuring instrument used for collaborative research uses a measuring instrument that has been adapted by Ristianingsing (2022) by having 6 statements with a factor loading of more than 0.70 and for the scale of organizational commitment The measuring instrument used has been adapted by Ayuni (2017) with a Corrected value the item-total correlation is > 0.30 and on the different power test the items have a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.960 while for the employee performance scale research the measuring instrument used by the researcher has been modified by Ayuni (2017) with the corrected item value – the total correlation is > 0, 30 and on the item different power test it has a Cronbach alpha value of 0.952. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between teamwork and employee performance as indicated by the person correlation value of 0.613 with a significance of 0.009. In addition, there is also a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance with a person correlation value of 0.784 with a significance of 0.000. That is, the higher the level of teamwork, the better the performance of the employees as well as the higher the organizational commitment, the better the performance of the employees. Keywords : Teamwork, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performanc Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kerjasama tim dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemic Covid-19 pada karyawan PT Truwear Asa Link. Sebanyak 17 orang karyawan dipilih secara sampel jenuh untuk menjadi responden penelitian. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk penelitian kerjasama menggunakan alat ukur yang telah diadaptasi oleh Ristianingsih (2022) dengan memiliki 6 pernyataan dengan factor loading lebih dari 0,70 dan untuk skala komitmen organisasi Alat ukur yang digunakan telah dilakukan adaptasi oleh Ayuni (2017) dengan nilai Corrected item-total corelationnya > 0,30 dan pada uji daya beda item mempunyao nilai alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,960 sedangankan untuk sekala penelitian kinerja karyawan alat ukur yang digunakan peneliti telah dilakukan modifikasi oleh Ayuni (2017) dengan nilai item corrected item –total corelationnya > 0,30 dan pada uji daya beda item mempunyai nilai alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,952. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kerjasama tim dengan kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai korelasi person 0,613 dengan signifikansi 0,009. Selain itu juga terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan dengan nilai korelasi person 0,784 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kerjasama tim semakin bagus juga kinerja karyawannya begitu pula semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka semakin bagus kinerja karyawannya.
