Abstract
The study was conducted in urban Sky Apartments in the City of Bekasi where the presence of generation and attraction of new traffic trips will have an impact on the surrounding conditions and will cause traffic congestion. This study aims to determine the performance of road networks, both sections and intersections based on capacity, speed, density, traffic volume, degree of saturation and level of road services, in addition to being able to evaluate and provide suggestions or solutions. The study was conducted using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) method with an analysis of urban roads and unsignalized intersections. The research data was obtained through a direct survey to the field conducted in one day for 16 hours which can describe the flow of traffic around the area. The results of the analysis on the performance of the road network use the forecasting method with the level of service according to the road segment in the year of the plan. Solutions for handling traffic impacts can be in the form of traffic engineering management in the construction and postconstruction stages, arrangement of parking facilities, provision of pedestrian facilities, provision of public transportation facilities and provision of road safety facilities in the form of road signs and markers. Keyword : Performance of Roads and Intersections, Street Network, Degree of Saturation, Level of Service Penelitian dilakukan pada Apartemen urban Sky Di Kota Bekasi dimana dengan adanya bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan lalu lintas baru akan berdampak kepada kondisi sekitar dan akan menimbulkan kemacetan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja jaringan jalan baik ruas maupun persimpangan berdasarkan kapasitas,kecepatan,kepadatan, volume lalu lintas, derajat kejenuhan dan tingkat pelayanan jalan, selain itu untuk dapat mengevaluasi dan memberikan saran atau solusi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 dengan analisis jalan perkotaan dan simpang tak bersinyal. Data penelitian di peroleh melalui survei langsung ke lapangan yang dilakukan dalam waktu satu hari selama 16 jam dimana dapat menggambarkan arus lalu lintas di sekitar kawasan. Hasil analisis pada kinerja jaringan jalan menggunakan metode forecasting dengan tingkat peyanan sesuai dengan ruas jalan pada tahun rencana. Solusi penanganan dampak lalu lintas dapat berupa manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas pada tahap konstruksi maupun paska konstruksi, pengaturan fasilitas parkir, penyediaan fasilitas pejalan kaki, penyediaan fasilitas angkutan umum serta penyediaan fasilitas keselamatan jalan berupa rambu dan marka jalan.
