Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, workload, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Population in this research is 52 permanent non-managerial employees of the personnel division of PT Hotel Bumikarsa Bidakara Jakarta and the sampling method uses saturated sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Workload, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 karyawan tetap non manajerial divisi personalia PT Hotel Bumikarsa Bidakara Jakarta dan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
