Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Abdi Teknologi Informasi. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 100 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert sebagai alat penilaian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja This study aimed to examined and analyzed the effect of compensation, work environment and motivation on job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of PT. Abdi Teknologi Informasi. The sample used was 100 employees. The sampling method used was convenience sampling. The data collection method used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire using a Likert scale as a questionnaire assessment tool. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression which was processed with SPSS version 23. The results of the research showed that; 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
