Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of Company Size, Profitabilitas and Leverage to the corporate social responsibility disclosure. The independent variables in the research are Company Size, Profitabilitas and Leverage whereas the dependent variable is the corporate social responsibility disclosure. The data is the secondary data in the form of annual report. The population of this study are industry of food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Sampling using purposive sampling is the selection of the sample with certain criteria, so that the sample obtained in study were 50 food and beverages companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of data uses software spss version 20. The result showed that Company Size, Profitabilitas and Leverage have significantly effect of Corporate Social Responsibility. Keywords: Company Size, Profitabilitas, Leverage, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage, sedangkan variabel dependennya yaitu pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Sub Sektor Industri Perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2017. Metode penelitian sampel dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu, sehingga didapat sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS Versi 20. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Leverage dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial perusahaan
