Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Percepatan Waktu (Crashing) Menggunakan Sistem Penambahan Jam Kerja Dengan Metode PDM (Precendence Diagramming Method), Nama : Aprilia Susanti, NIM : 41118320054, Dosen Pembimbing : Novika Candra Fertilia S,T., M.T., 2023 Pengendalian proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu kegiatan atau usaha yang sistematis untuk menentukan standar yang sesuai dengan tujuan perencanaan, membandingkan pelaksanaan dengan perencanaan, serta melakukan koreksi yang d iperlukan agar biaya, sumber daya, dan waktu dapat digunakan secara efektif dan efisien.Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah pemilik proyek (owner) meminta waktu pelaksanaan proyek selesai lebih awal dari jadwal sebelumnya sehingga lebih cepat difungsikan dan terdapat keterlambatan pada pekerjaan Pile Cap dikarenakan masalah yang timbul di lapangan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui total biaya dan total waktu pada proyek setelah mengalami percepaan (crashing) jadwal setelah dilakukan penambahan jam kerja lembur pada pekerjaan Finishing lantai dasar.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pdm (precendence diagramming method) dengan menambah jam kerja 1 jam dan 3 jam. Dari hasil penelitian waktu normal pada proyek yaitu 107 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp.804.163.407 waktu dan biaya optimum akibat penambahan jam kerja lembur 1 jam didapatkan dursi proyek 102 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 807.450.095dan untuk penambahan jam kerja lembur 3 jam didapatkan durasi proyek 96 hari dengan total biaya sebesar Rp.840.854.930.
