Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul: Analisis Faktor Keterlambatan Proyek Konstruksi Pembangunan Gedung North Point Di Kota Tangerang Terhadap Waktu Dengan Menggunakan Metode Spss. Nama: Sabiq Wisnu Maulana, NIM: 41118210033, Dosen Pembimbing: Yopi Lutfiansyah, ST, MT., 2022 Pesatnya perkembangan zaman di era globalisasi saat ini, kebutuhan akan infrastruktur juga semakin meningkat. Namun pada setiap pembangunan infrastruktur seringkali mendapatkan masalah pada saat pelaksanaannya. Untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan terhadap keterlambatan pada proyek Gedung North Point dilakukan identifikasi proyek selama 2 bulan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS untuk menemukan faktor yang paling dominan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data melalui teknik kuesioner (angket) kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution), dengan teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis korelasi dam uji regresi. Berdasarkan Uji t secara parsial yang telah dianilisi, faktor yang paling dominan penyebab keterlambatan yang berpegaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung North Point adalah peringkat pertama (X39) Kurangnya pengawasan terhadap subkontraktor dan supplier, peringkat kedua (X13) Kerusakan alat saat pekerjaan berlangsung, peringkat ketiga (X32) Sistem pengendalian waktu yang lemah. But in every infrastructure development often gets into trouble at the time of its implementation. To find out the most dominant factor for delays in the North Point Building project, the identification of the project was carried out for 2 months. In this study used the help of SPSS applications to find the most dominant factor. The instruments used in data collection through questionnaire techniques (questionnaires) are then processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program, with data analysis techniques with validity tests, rehabilitation tests, correlation analysis and regression tests. Based on the partial t test that has been initiated, the most dominant factor causing significant delays to the implementation of the North Point building construction project is the first rank (X39) Lack of oversight of subcontractors and suppliers, second rank (X13) Tool damage as work progresses, third rank (X32) Weak time control system.
