Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketidakamanan kerja, stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan PT. Berkat Sahabat Maju. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 44 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ketidakamanan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Kata kunci : Ketidakamanan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Turnover Intention Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of job insecurity, job stress, workload its impact on employee turnover intention. Population in this research is 55 employees of PT. Berkat Sahabat Maju. The sample used is 44 employees. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that job insecurity has a no effect on employee turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention.
