Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has a variety of cultures, in addition to other countries also has a diverse culture, because there are various cultures present, then the cultural center building was established, the cultural center building served as an introduction culture from every region in the world, especially in Indonesia, such as the current Russian state it is in full swing because of the war against the Ukrainian state. Central building foreign culture especially the center of Russian culture today looks very less worthy, therefore the designer will design the cultural center building with the theme "eco-tech architecture", with this theme the building of the Russian cultural center will be even more interesting to visit use as a public and social tool that helps people to recognize culture foreign especially Russian culture. Keywords : Cultural Center, Russia, Eco-Tech Architecture Indonesia merupakan suatu negara yang memiliki beragam budaya, selain itu negara lain juga memiliki budaya yang beragam, karena adanya beragam budaya yang hadir, maka didirikanlah bangunan pusat budaya, bangunan pusat budaya berfungsi sebagai pengenalan budaya dari tiap daerah yang ada di dunia terutama di Indonesia , seperti negara Rusia yang saat ini sedang gencar-gencarnya karena adanya perang melawan negara Ukraina. Bangunan pusat budaya asing terutama pusat budaya Rusia saat ini terlihat sangat kurang layak, maka dari itu perancang akan merancang bangunan pusat budaya dengan tema “eco-tech architecture” , dengan adanya tema ini bangunan pusat budaya Rusia akan semakin menarik untuk di kunjungi guna sebagai sarana umum dan sosial yang membantu masyarakat dalam mengenali budaya asing terutama budaya Rusia. Kata Kunci : Pusat Kebudayaan, Rusia, Eco-Tech Architecture.
