Abstract
The Bintaro Jaya area, especially sector 7, sector 9 and Graha Bintaro, is an independent area surrounded by good infrastructure, ranging from housing, malls, hospitals, supermarkets, and others. The success of a construction project is not only seen from the accuracy of cost, time, and quality. Facts in the field often change, the direction of the project manager is unclear and the level of labor productivity decreases. This study collected data quantitatively and used the SEM method, and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total of 60 respondents. The results of this study are change orders, project manager competence, and labor productivity greatly affect the performance of road projects. Change Order affects Project Performance with a path coefficient value of 2,617. Project Manager competence influences project performance with a path coefficient value of 2,917. Project Performance Productivity affects Project Performance with a path coefficient value of 3,279. Keywords: Change Order, Competence of Project Manager, Labor Productivity, Project Performance Kawasan Bintaro Jaya khususnya sektor 7, sektor 9 dan graha bintaro merupakan salah satu Kawasan Kawasan mandiri yang dikelilingi oleh infrastuktur yang baik mulai dari perumahan, mall, rumah sakit, supermarket dan lain-lain. Keberhasilan proyek konstruksi tidak hanya dilihat dari ketepatan biaya, waktu, dan mutu. Fakta di lapangan sering kali terjadi perubahan, arahan manager proyek yang kurang jelas serta menurunnya tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data secara kuantitatif dan menggunankan metode SEM, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah change order, kompetensi manager proyek, dan produktivitas tenaga kerja sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja proyek jalan. Change Order berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Proyek dengan nilai koefisien jalur 2.617. Kompetensi Project Manager berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Proyek dengan dengan nilai koefisien jalur 2.917. Produktivitas Kinerja Proyek berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Proyek dengan nilai koefisien jalur 3.279. Kata kunci : Change Order, Kompetensi Manager Proyek, Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, Kinerja Proyek.
