Abstract

The province of Banten is a promising business area as an entry and exit point for economic activities, connecting Java and Sumatra usland also supporting the income of Jakarta. Infrastructure is a supporting sector and provides great benefits for increasing productivity and added value in various economic activities. One of the roles in building and infrastructure construction project management requires someone who has the ability and technical skills, especially on the procurement, because the importance of selecting a reliable and quality service provider is a factor in the success of the project itself. closely related to cost estimates and work contract agreements. Quantity surveyors as consultants engaged in planning and cost management play an important role in the procuremennt process from start to finish. The purpose of this research is to analyze the important factors in the service procurement management process, identify and analyze the factors and variables of the quantity surveyor's role in the procurement management process for infrastructure project construction in Banten Province. This study collected data quantitatively and used the SEM PLS method. The results of this study, there are 18 factors that influence and only 3 factors that have a significant influence, namely competence, experience and recommendations. Keyword : quantity surveyor, procurement, infrastructure project Wilayah provinsi Banten menjadi lahan bisnis yang menjanjikan sebagai pintu masuk dan keluar kegiatan perekonomian menghubungkan pulau Jawa dan Sumatra serta menopang pendapatan daerah ibu kota Jakarta. Infrastruktur merupakan sektor pendukung dan memberikan manfaat yang besar terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan nilai tambah dalam berbagai kegiatan perekonomian. Salah satu peran dalam manajemen proyek konstruksi bangunan dan infrastruktur perlu seseorang yang memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan teknis terutama pada sisi pengadaan barang atau jasa, karena pentingnya pemilihan penyedia jasa yang handal dan bermutu menjadi faktor keberhasilan proyek itu sendiri. Quantity surveyor sebagai konsultan yang bergerak dalam bidang perencanaan dan pengelolaan biaya berperan penting dalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa dari awal hingga akhir. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor – faktor penting proses manajemen pengadaan jasa,mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor – faktor dan variabel peran quantity surveyor dalam proses manajemen pengadaan jasa konstruksi proyek infrastruktur di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data secara kuantitatif dan menggunankan metode SEM PLS dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil pada penelitian ini terdapat 18 faktor yang berpengaruh dan hanya 3 faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan yaitu kompetensi, pengalaman dan rekomendasi.
