Abstract
This study aims to analyze workload and work stress on cyberloafing behavior mediated by burnout to determine its impact on employee performance. The population in this study were the 5 divisions that were allowed to become research samples at the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia. The sample used was 60 employees. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, namely the technique of purchasing samples with certain criteria. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. This study proves that workload behavior has a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior. Job Stress has no significant effect on Cyberloafing behavior. Workload has a significant effect on Burnout. Work Stress has a significant effect on Burnout. Burnout has a significant effect on Cyberloafing. Workload influences Cyberloafing both directly and through Burnout as a mediating variable. Work Stress has an effect on Cyberloafing through Burnout as a mediating variable. Kata Kunci : Workload, Work Stress, Cyberloafing, Burnout Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing yang dimediasi burnout untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 divisi yang diperbolehkan untuk menjadi sampel penelitian yang berada di Kementerian Pemuda Dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 60 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perilaku Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku Cyberloafing. Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku Cyberloafing. Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Burnout. Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Burnout. Burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Cyberloafing. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap Cyberloafing baik secara langsung maupun melalui Burnout sebagai variabel mediasi. Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Cyberloafing melalui Burnout sebagai variabel mediasi. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Cyberloafing, Burnout
