Abstract

This research aims to find out the roar of profitability, solvency, and liquidity to the value of the company in the property and real estate sectors. The sample used was 16 sector property and real estate companies listed on the indonesa stock exchange in 2016-2020. This research method uses the panel’s data regression data analysis method using the help of the Eviews 12 application. The results showed that the variabel Porfitability (ROA) and Solvability (DAR )have significant effect to The Firm Value (Tobins’Q). But Liquidity (CR) does not have significant effect to The Firm Valie (Tobins’Q). Keywords: Profitability, Solvability, Liquidity, and Firm Value (Tobins’Q). Penelitian ini bertjuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sector property dan real estate. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 16 perusahaan sector property dan real estate yang terdaftar pada bursa efek indonesa pada tahun 2016-2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data regresi data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 12 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Profitabilitas (ROA) dan Sovabilitas (DAR) berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Namun Variabel Likuiditas (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Nilai Perusahaan (Tobins’Q)
