Abstract

The large number of residents in Depok who work in Jakarta, has led to an increase in the flow of transportation from Depok to Jakarta, especially during rush hour. This condition causes traffic jams almost every day on the roads leading to Jakarta. This congestion changes the travel pattern of the Depok community if they want to go to Jakarta, thus encouraging residents to choose an electric train as a vehicle to mobilize. One of the forms of residents' travel patterns is parking their private vehicles, namely private cars and motorbikes, at the location of Depok Station With the parking facility, it is hoped that the community, especially the Depok community, can park their vehicles and switch to using KRL so that the congestion problem in Depok City can be reduced. If the average service in the parking area of Depok Station for the dimensions of service quality, the performance of Depok Station reaches a value of 3.85, so on average it can be said that the performance for each dimension has reached the Good Enough category. While the average level of passenger satisfaction in each dimension reaches a value of 3.82, so on average it can be said that the level of passenger satisfaction for the service of each dimension has reached the Fairly Satisfied category. Banyaknya jumlah penduduk di Depok yang bekerja di Jakarta, telah menyebabkan meningkatnya arus transportasi dari Depok menuju Jakarta, terutama pada jam-jam sibuk. Kondisi ini menyebabkan terjadinya kemacetan hampir setiap hari pada ruas jalan menuju Jakarta. Kemacetan ini mengubah pola perjalanan masyarakat Depok bila hendak menuju Jakarta sehingga mendorong penduduk untuk memilih kereta api listrik sebagai kendaraan untuk bermobilisasi. Terbentuk pola perjalanan penduduk salah satunya dengan memarkirkan kendaraan pribadinya yaitu mobil pribadi dan motor di lokasi Stasiun Depok. Dengan adanya fasilitas parkir di harapkan masyarakat terutama masyarakat Depok dapat memarkirkan kendarannya dan beralih menggunakan KRL sehinga permasalahan kemacetan di Kota Depok dapat berkurang Di dapat rata-rata pelayanan di area parkir Stasiun Depok untuk dimensi kualitas pelayanan kinerja Stasiun Depok mencapai nilai 3.85 maka secara rata-rata dapat dikatakan bahwa kinerja untuk pelayanan tiap dimensi telah mencapai kategori Cukup Baik. Sedangkan Rata-rata tingkat kepuasan penumpang pada tiap dimensi mencapai nilai 3.82 maka secara rata-rata dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan penumpang untuk pelayanan tiap dimensi telah mencapai kategori Cukup Puas Kata Kunci : Stasiun Depok, Kapasitas Parkir, Kinerj Parkir, Kualitas Pelayanan,Importance performance Analysisi (IPA)
