Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of, Profitability, funding decision and Firm Size on Firm Value. The population in this study is the metal and mineral mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 totaling 7 companies according to the characteristics set by the researcher. The sample selection used the saturated sample method and obtained 7 companies. The research method is causality research using panel data regression. The data collection method uses data on the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The research method is qualitative research with a data analysis method using panel data regression analysis with the chosen model approach, namely the Common Effect Model. The results showed that profitability, funding decisions and company size had a positive and significant effect on the company's value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan logam dan mineral yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020 berjumlah 7 perusahaan sesuai karakteristik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 7 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan pendekatan model yang terpilih yaitu Common Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas, keputusan pendanaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
