Abstract
Planning in the construction of a building is needed for the security, comfort and safety of the owner or the people who are in it. This apartment building structure planning aims to determine the enlargement of columns and beams. Earthquake load planning uses response spectrum analysis. In this final project, the structure of the Column and Beam Enlargement Building will be planned. The higher the level of a building, the more complex the things that must be considered in the design, especially in the lateral load-bearing system. One of the lateral support systems of high-rise buildings is column and beam enlargement, which is the most economical structural system. Keywords: High-rise Building, Lateral load, Enlargement of beams and columns, Belt, structural system behavior Perencanaan dalam pembangunan suatu gedung diperlukan guna keamanan, kenyamanan dan keselamatan pemilik atau orang yang berada didalamnya. Perencanan Sturktur Bangunan Gedung Apartement ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui Pembesaran kolom dan balok. Perencanaan beban akibat gempa menggunakan analisis respon spektrum. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan struktur Gedung Pembesaran kolom dan Balok. Semakin tinggi tingkat sebuah gedung, semakin kompleks juga hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam desain, khususnya pada sistem penahan beban lateral. Salah satu sistem penahan lateral gedung bertingkat tinggi adalah pembesaran kolom dan balok, yang merupakan sistem struktur paling ekonomis.
