Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Training on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable (case study at PT Kokoh Semesta), with a sample of 92 workers. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture and Training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the mediating variable, namely job satisfaction. Organizational culture, Job Satisfaction have a significant direct effect on employee performance. The implications of this study are discussed in the article. Keywords: Organization, Culture, Performance, Employee, Training, Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi (studi kasus di PT Kokoh Semesta), dengan jumlah sampel 92 pekerja. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui variabel mediasi yaitu kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dibahas dalam artikel.
