Abstract

Social media Instagram is currently also being used as a medium to develop businesses through shared content. Content management is an important factor in developing a business through social media. Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment is one of the business people engaged in wedding services who want to develop their business through social media. This program aims to build brand awareness for Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment so that it is known to the public through managing Instagram social media content. In running this program, we used the communication model, The Circular Model of SoME, put forward by Regina Luttrell. The Circular Model of Social Media Communication has four components that make it easier to plan social media communications: 1. Share (social media users), 2. Optimize (content on social media), 3. Manage (manage social media), and 4. Engage (engage the audience in social media). The program manages content for social media Instagram Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment and creates and publishes content on Instagram's social media channels. A brand survey was also conducted to determine the level of public awareness of Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment. As a result of this program, Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment has created content for the social media platform Instagram, uploading 69 pieces of content divided into two categories: 51 feed content and 18 story content. From the results of the survey that was conducted as well as statements from respondents on each question, the answers 'agree' from respondents exceeded 50% and 'strongly agreed' above 15% for each question, it can be concluded that wedding organizer Ray Michael Entertainment is well known to the public. Media sosial Instagram saat ini dimanfaatkan juga sebagai media untuk mengembangkan bisnis melalui konten – konten yang dibagikan. Pengelolaan konten menjadi faktor penting dalam mengembangkan bisnis melalui media sosial. Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment merupakan salah satu pelaku bisnis yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan pernikahan yang ingin mengembangkan bisnis melalui media sosial. Program ini bertujuan untuk membangun Brand Awareness Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment agar dikenal khalayak melalui pengelolaan konten media sosial Instagram. Dalam menjalankan program ini menggunakan model komunikasi The Circular Model of SoMe yang dikemukakan oleh Regina Luttrell. Terdapat empat aspek dari model komunikasi The Circular Model of SoMe untuk memudahkan melakukan perencanaan komunikasi pada media sosial yaitu 1. Share (media sosial yang digunakan), 2. Optimize (konten pada media sosial), 3. Manage (mengelola media sosial), 4. Engage (melibatkan audiens dalam media sosial). Program yang dilakukan yaitu pengelolaan konten untuk media sosial Instagram Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment dengan melakukan pembuatan konten hingga publikasi konten pada media sosial Instagram. Brand survey juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat awareness khalayak kepada Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment. Hasil dari program ini, Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment telah memiliki konten untuk media sosial Instagram dengan jumlah unggahan sebanyak 69 konten yang terbagi menjadi 2 tipe konten yaitu 51 konten feed dan 18 konten story. Dari hasil survey yang telah dilakukan serta pernyataan dari responden pada tiap pertanyaan, jawaban ‘setuju’ dari responden yang melebihi 50% dan ‘sangat setuju’ diatas 15% di tiap pertanyaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Wedding Organizer Ray Michael Entertainment dikenal oleh khalayak. Kata Kunci : Media Sosial Instagram, Wedding Organizer, Brand Awareness, Pengelolaan Konten.
