Abstract

The current digital era has become an important role in the survival of humans as time goes by the communication established between users of digital devices is increasingly renewed with models and methods of delivering messages that are increasingly modern where previously humans could only see images (visual), then they could hear images. sound (audio-visual), now humans are back to developing soundbased information technology (audio) which is a podcast. Podcasts in Indonesia have started to grow rapidly since 2019, the writer who is a student majoring in digital communication participated in the industry and started making several conversation shows, with a lot of interest from the public, especially the younger generation. held by private parties to government agencies and writers are also interested in taking part in the competition as participants. This Achievement Final Project aims that students majoring in digital communication have abilities related to the use of digital technology to convey messages and information to audiences. One way to apply these competencies is to create and manage a podcast with a better chance of winning national-level podcast competitions. The implementation of the Achievement Final Assignment went quite well with difficulties to achieve an achievement title which took about 1 year. Starting in 2021 the author took part in various levels of podcast competition, the organizing committee was also different, there were students from student organizations to the central government, and in that year the author won two championship titles in June 2022 the author won his third title in the event national level podcast competition. Era digital saat ini sudah menjadi peranan penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia, seiring bertambahnya waktu komunikasi yang terjalin antar pengguna perangkat digital semakin terbarukan dengan adanya model dan metode penyampaian pesan yang kian moderen dimana semulanya manusia hanya dapat melihat gambar (visual), lalu dapat mendengar gambar yang bersuara (audio-visual), hingga saat ini manusia kembali mengembangkan teknologi informasi berbasis suara (audio) yang mana hal tersebut adalah podcast. Podcast di indonesia sudah mulai berkembang pesat sejak tahun 2019, penulis yang seorang mahasiswa jurusan komunikasi digital turut serta terjun langsung ke ranah industri tersebut dan mulai membuat beberapa tayangan percakapan, dengan banyaknya minat dari masyarakat khususnya generasi muda barulah pada tahun 2020 mulainya banyak bermunculan kompetisi podcast yang diadakan oleh pihak swasta hingga instansi kepemerintahan dan penulis pun tertarik untuk ikut andil dalam kompetisi tersebut sebagai peserta. Tugas Akhir Prestasi ini bertujuan bahwa mahasiswa jurusan komunikasi digital memiliki kemampuan yang terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi digital untuk menyampaikan pesan dan informasi kepada audiens. Salah satu cara untuk mengaplikasikan kompetensi tersebut adalah dengan membuat dan mengelola sebuah podcast berpeluang yang lebih baik untuk memenangkan kompetisi podcast tingkat nasional. Pelaksanaan Tugas Akhir Prestasi berjalan cukup baik dengan kesulitan untuk meraih gelar prestasi yang membutuhkan waktu sekitar 1 tahun lamanya. Dimulai saat tahun 2021 penulis mengikuti beragam tingkatan kompetisi podcast, panitia penyelenggaranya pun juga berbeda-beda ada yang dari kalangan organisasi mahasiswa sampai juga pemerintah pusat, dan di tahun tersebut penulis mendapatkan dua gelar prestasi juara serta pada bulan juni 2022 penulis mendapatkan gelar ketiganya dalam ajang kompetisi podcast tingkat nasional.
