Abstract

PT. Sukses Abadi Farmindo is a company whose system of planning and control of raw materials supply products Z'GERR chocolate flavor is still in the development stage so that often occurs irregularities one of them in the control of raw materials in the form of Overstock and Stockout. In this research using forecasting method is Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Weighted Moving Average. The purpose of this research is to make a decision about the control of raw material supplies with the minimum total cost of the company using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with 3 lotting technique namely, Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Fix Order Quantity (FOQ). After performing the data processing obtained the optimal control of raw materials with the total cost of the least is using LFL technique with the total cost of Rp3.109.360,-. Therefore, the company can press the total cost incurred in the year 2020 worth Rp12.100.619,-. Sukses Abadi Farmindo merupakan perusahaan yang sistem perencanaan dan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku produk Z’gerr rasa chocolate masih dalam tahap pengembangan sehingga sering terjadi penyimpangan salah satunya dalam pengendalian bahan baku berupa overstock dan stockout. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode peramalan yaitu metode Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, dan Weighted Moving Average. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan pengambilan keputusan tentang pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dengan total biaya minimum yang dikeluarkan perusahaan menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan 3 teknik lotting yaitu, Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), dan Fix Order Quantity (FOQ). Setelah melakukan pengolahan data didapatkan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang optimal dengan total biaya paling kecil yaitu menggunakan teknik LFL dengan total biaya yang didapatkan yaitu Rp3.109.360,-. Oleh karena itu perusahaan dapat menekan total biaya yang dikeluarkan pada tahun 2020 senilai Rp12.100.619,-.
