Abstract

The Grange Park Fatmawati Project in the implementation of the Foundation and Retaining Wall Work Package experienced delays due to temporary delays on the diaphragm wall work and additional work that was not contained in the contract time schedule. The resulting time schedule plan does not describe in detail the critical path and relationships between activities specifically. As a result, if there is a delay in an activity it will be difficult to know the impact on the overall schedule of the project. In this study, the author evaluates the time schedule of the contractor's plan for Foundation Work Packages and Retaining Walls using the Gantt chart method in the Manpro application. Manpro is one of the project management platforms that provides scheduling tools, namely Gantt charts. In addition, the author also evaluates scheduling using Microsoft Project which is the most popular software used in project scheduling. From the results of the evaluation using the Gantt chart Manpro method, it is known that the additional duration is known by the temporary delay in the diaphragm wall work, which is 96 days and the additional duration required for additional work (additional 4- nos bored pile work, casting of retaining wall cuttings and foundation of the canopy drop off area) which is for 70 days, as well as the critical path contained in the Mobilization & Preparation Works work - Guide Wall for Diaphragm Wall – Diaphragm Wall Works – Capping Beam for Diaphragm Wall – Demobilization. Comparison of scheduling evaluation results using Manpro and Microsoft Project Gantt charts it is known that the duration required by the existence of arbitrary delays in diaphragm wall work and additional work is the same as the results of scheduling evaluation using Microsoft Project with a 24-hour work setting. In addition, the comparison of evaluations using Gantt charts Manpro and Microsoft Project is that there are both Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) tools, relationships between activities and critical trajectories, but in the Manpro Gantt chart there is no network diagram identification. Keywords: Evaluated, Scheduling, Gantt chart, Microsoft Project, Manpro Proyek Apartement Grange Park Fatmawati pada pelaksanaan Paket Pekerjaan Pondasi dan Dinding Penahan Tanah mengalami keterlambatan akibat adanya penundaan sementara (delay) pada pekerjaan diafragma wall dan adanya pekerjaan tambahan yang tidak terdapat pada time schedule kontrak. Time schedule rencana yang dihasilkan tidak menjabarkan secara detail lintasan kritis dan hubungan antar kegiatan secara spesifik. Akibatnya, jika terjadi keterlambatan dalam suatu kegiatan akan sulit mengetahui dampak terhadap jadwal keseluruhan proyek. Penulis melakukan evaluasi terhadap time schedule rencana kontraktor Paket Pekerjaan Pondasi dan Dinding Penahan Tanah menggunakan metode Gantt chart pada aplikasi Manpro. Manpro adalah salah satu platform manajemen proyek yang menyediakan tools scheduling yaitu Gantt chart. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan evaluasi penjadwalan menggunakan Microsoft Project dimana merupakan software yang paling populer digunakan saat ini pada penjadwalan proyek. Dari hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode Gantt chart Manpro diketahui durasi tambahan oleh adanya penundaan sementara pada pekerjaan diaphragm wall yaitu 96 hari dan durasi tambahan yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan tambahan (pekerjaan bored pile tambahan 4 titik, pengecoran stek retaining wall dan pondasi jalur area canopy drop off) yaitu selama 70 hari, serta lintasan kritis terdapat pada pekerjaan Mobilization & Preparation Works - Guide Wall for Diaphragm Wall – Diaphragm Wall Works – Capping Beam for Diaphragm Wall – Demobilization. Perbandingan hasil evaluasi penjadwalan menggunakan Gantt chart Manpro dan Microsoft Project diketahui bahwa durasi yang diperlukan oleh adanya penundaan sementaan pada pekerjaan diaphragm wall dan pekerjaan tambahan adalah sama dengan hasil evaluasi penjadwalan menggunakan Microsoft Project dengan pengaturan 24 jam kerja. Selain itu perbandingan evaluasi menggunakan Gantt chart Manpro dan Microsoft Project yaitu sama-sama terdapat tools Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), hubungan antar kegiatan dan lintasan kritis, namun pada Gantt chart Manpro tidak terdapat identifikasi network diagram.
