Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and culture on employee performance at PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. The population and sample in this study were 54 employees, with the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the statistical software SmartPLS 3.2.9 with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. Populasi dan sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3.2.9 dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fors Indah Sentosa. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
