Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on firm value of sub sector food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variables used in this research is Price Book Value (PBV). The population in this study were 13 companies in the Food and Beverage industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010- 2018. The sample in this study is 6 food and beverage companies and the method used for selecting sample is purposive sampling data. The analysis used is in the form of panel data regression. Data were analyzed using eviews 9. The result show that DER has a positive and significant effect on PBV, while ROA and NPM has no effect on PBV. Keywords : Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Price Book Value (PBV). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada sub sektor Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Price Book Value (PBV). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan sektor industri Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2010-2018. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 6 perusahaan di sektor Food and Beverage dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan berupa regresi data panel. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan eviews 9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, sedangkan variabel ROA dan NPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV. Kata Kunci : Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Price Book Value (PBV).
