Abstract

Overpopulasi hewan liar, terutama kucing liar menjadi masalah yang semakin darurat, tetapi tidak semua orang mengetahui akibat yang diberikan dari permasalahan tersebut. Penulis membuat konsep Iklan Layanan Masyarakat berbasis audiovisual dengan judul “Let’s Adopt Don’t Buy” bekerja sama dengan Non Governement Organization Lets Adopt Indonesia. Iklan Layanan Masyarakat (ILM) menjadi pesan mengenai dampak dan solusi untuk mengatasi overpopulasi kucing liar yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan data, realita, dan informasi dampak dari overpopulasi kucing liar dalam bentuk audiovisual. Konsep produksi Iklan Layanan Masyarakat yang telah dibuat dapat disimpulkan bahwa Iklan Layanan Masyarakat dalam bentuk audiovisual mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi. Konseptor bertanggung jawab pada tahap perencanaan ILM dengan proses creative thinking untuk menuangkan ide-ide secara visual yang mudah dipahami dan menarik perhatian masyarakat, sehingga informasi atau pesan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Overpopulasi, Konsep, Iklan Layanan Masyarakat, Creative Thinking, Audiovisual (maksimal 5 kata) Overpopulation of wild animals, especially stray cats is becoming an increasingly urgent problem, but not everyone knows the consequences this problem has. The author created the concept of an audiovisual-based Public Service Advertisement titled "Let's Adopt Don't Buy" and collaborated with the Non-Government Organization Lets Adopt Indonesia. This Public Service Advertisement (PSAs) has messages about the impact and solutions to overcoming stray cat overpopulation that is used to convey data, reality, and information on the impact of the overpopulation of stray cats in audiovisual. The concept of Public Service Advertisement production that has been made can be concluded, Public Service Advertisements in audiovisual format can influence the public to gain information. The conceptor is a person who is responsible for PSA planning with the creative thinking process to visually present ideas that are easy to understand and attract the public's attention, so that information or messages can be conveyed properly.
