Abstract

Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini (NKCTHI) is a film based on a book with the same title as the film, namely NKCTHI. This film tells the story of a family who has secrets, films about family and also life in them. NKCTHI is popular among teenagers, and causes different interpretations according to the person watching it. These different interpretations are interpreted or translated according to the experience and also the interests of the people watching it. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a reception analysis approach. Data obtained through in-depth interviews involving ten respondents. The resulting data is described through three positions, namely dominant hegemony, negotiation and opposition. The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents are in a dominant position. Keyword : Film, Interpretation, Reception Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini (NKCTHI) adalah sebuah film yang diangkat dari sebuah buku yang berjudul sama dengan filmnya yaitu NKCTHI. Film ini bercerita tentang sebuah keluarga yang memiliki rahasia, film tentang keluarga dan juga kehidupan di dalamnya. Film NKCTHI ramai di kalangan remaja, dan menimbulkan interpretasi yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan orang yang menontonnya. Interpretasi yang berbeda ini dimaknai atau diterjemahkan sesuai dengan pengalaman dan juga interest dari orang yang menontonnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis resepsi. Data diperoleh melalui in-depth interview dengan melibatkan sepuluh responden. Data yang dihasilkan digambarkan melalui tiga posisi, yaitu hegemoni dominan, negosiasi dan oposisi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berada pada posisi dominan.
