Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of return on equity, firm size, and institutional ownership on firm value. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. Based on the purposive sampling method there are 171 final samples from this study. The analytical method used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity (ROE), and Firm Size have a significant positive effect on Firm Value, whereas Intitutional Ownership does not have a significant effect on Firm Value. Keywords: Return on Equity, Firm Size, Intitutional Ownership, and Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Ukuran Perusahaan dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2017. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling terdapat 152 sampel akhir dari penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Kata kunci: Return on Equity, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Institutisional dan Nilai Perusahaan.
