Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi organisasi yang digunakan oleh Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City dalam membangun semangat kerja karyawan di masa pandemi covid-19. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan konsep komunikasi, strategi komunikasi organisasi, public relations, semangat kerja, pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 4 key informan dan 3 informan dan didukung dengan dokumentasi berupa foto dan berkas terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City telah menerapkan tahapan strategi komunikasi yaitu meliputi: (1) Mengenal Khalayak; (2) Menyusun Pesan; (3) Menetapkan Metode. Adapun tujuan strategi komunikasi dengan to secure understanding digunakan untuk memastikan komunikan mengerti informasi yang diterima, to establish acceptance dilakukan untuk membina penerima pesan, to motivate action digunakan untuk tindakan yang dimotivasikan dan pemberian penghargaan bagi karyawan yang berprestasi. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Strategi Komunikasi organisasi, Semangat Kerja. This study aims to find out how the organizational communication strategy used by Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City in bulding employee morale during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study using the concept of communication, organizational communication strategy, public relations, morale, the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 4 key informans and 3 informants and supported by dicumentation in the from of photos and related files. The results of this study indicate that Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City has implemented the stages of a communication strategy which include: (1) Knowing the Audience; (2) Composing Messages; (3) Establish Method. The purpose of the communication strategy with to secure understanding is used to ensure that the communicant understands the information received, to establish acceptance is done to foster message recipients, to motivate action is used for motivated actions and awards for employees who excel.
