Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction. compensation, organizational commitment and employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The object of research is all employees who work at PT. Raster Indah Graphic Supply with a population of 82 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a sample size of 82 people. The approach used in this research is the Smart-PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: job satisfaction, compensation, and organizational commitment employee performance Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Raster Indah Graphic Supply dengan jumlah penduduk 82 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 82 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Smart-PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan
