Abstract
The demands of work in various fields are getting stronger and developing, including jobs in the government sector which demand a high level of professionalism. Employees who have meaning in their work are often motivated to carry out higher social relations, for example establishing communication with colleagues from different backgrounds or with people who need service. Meaningful Work helps people feel work as something meaningful, so they can express themselves through their work activities because they have experienced compatibility between their personal values and work activities. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between resilience and organizational citizenship behavior with the meaningful work of civil servants in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. The design of this research is quantitative with correlational method. The subjects of this research are civil servants who work at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. Resilience is measured by the RS-14 scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior is measured by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale, Meaningful Work is measured by WAMI. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously resilience and organizational citizenship behavior can predict the meaningful work, meaning that the higher the level of resilience and citizenship behavior of Civil Servants, the higher the meaningful work, and vice versa. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for agencies to increase the level of resilience and citizenship behavior as an effort to increase the meaningful work of Civil Servants at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. Keywords: Meaningful Work, Resilience, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Civil Servants Tuntutan pekerjaan di berbagai bidang semakin kuat dan berkembang termasuk pekerjaan di bidang pemerintaha yang menuntut sikap profesionalisme yang tinggi. Pegawai yang memiliki makna terhadap pekerjaannya seringkali termotivasi untuk melakukan hubungan sosial yang lebih tinggi, misalnya menjalin komunikasi dengan rekan kerja yang berbeda latar belakang ataupun dengan masyarakat yang membutuhkan pelayanan. Kebermaknaan Kerja membantu merasakan pekerjaan sebagai sesuatu yang bermakna, maka mereka dapat mengekspresikan diri melalui aktivitas kerja mereka karena telah mengalami kesesuaian antara nilai pribadi dan aktivitas kerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Resiliensi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Kebermaknaan Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bekerja di Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual Kemenkuham RI. Resiliensi diukur dengan skala RS-14, Organizational Citizenship Behavior diukur dengan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kebermaknaan Kerja diukur dengan WAMI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan resiliensi dan organizational citizenship behavior dapat memprediksi kebermaknaan kerja, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi dan perilaku kewarganegaraan Pegawai Negeri Sipl maka secara bersamaan kebermaknaan kerja akan menjadi tinggi, begitupun sebaliknya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi instansi untuk meningkatkan tingkat resiliensi dan perilaku kewarganegaraan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan makna pekerjaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual Kemenkuham RI.
